How can we help?

Guides for hiring teams and for candidates taking an AI interview, fixes for common problems, and a direct line to our team.

From job post to shortlist

Four steps to your first AI-interviewed shortlist.

Getting started

  1. 01

    Post a job

Create a job with its description and requirements, add screening questions if you need them, and publish. Share the job link anywhere; applicants land in your pipeline.

  2. 02

    Set up the AI interview

Open the job’s AI interview tab. The AI drafts an interview kit from your job: questions, must-asks, focus points and a scoring rubric. Edit anything before you send invites.

  3. 03

    Invite candidates

Select applicants in the pipeline or candidates list and choose “Invite to AI interview”. Each candidate gets a personal link by email; no account is needed on their side.

  4. 04

    Review the report

When an interview finishes, the report shows a recommendation, a scorecard and answers to your focus points. Every score links to the moment in the recording behind it. You decide who moves on.

Plans and billing

  • Posting jobs, sharing them and managing applicants is free.
  • Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI interviews, and interview packs add more.
  • An interview only counts once the candidate starts it. Cancelled or expired invites go back to your balance.
  • Your balance and usage are under Settings → Billing & usage, where you can change plan or buy a pack.

Company FAQs

No. The AI gathers evidence and gives a recommendation. A person on your team advances or rejects every candidate, and the reason is logged.

Yes. Edit the job’s interview kit at any time: add, reorder or remove questions, mark must-asks, add focus points and adjust the rubric.

They can ask from their invite page instead of talking to the AI. You will see the request on the candidate and in Interviews, and you arrange the interview yourself.

Full recordings are kept for 180 days by default. Evidence clips and transcripts stay with the report.

Open Messages and choose “New message”, or open the candidate and send a message from there. They get an email and can reply from their account.

Ready for your interview

Everything you need before and during an AI interview, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Before your interview

  • A recent browser

Use the latest Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on a laptop or desktop. Phones work, but a computer is more reliable.

  • Microphone and camera

A headset or earbuds with a microphone gives the clearest audio and prevents echo. Your camera should be on.

  • A quiet room

Pick a quiet place with good light where you will not be interrupted for about 20–30 minutes.

  • A stable connection

Wi-Fi close to the router or a wired connection. Close video calls and large downloads.

How the AI interview works

  1. 01

    Open your link

Use the personal link from your invite email. You do not need an account. Read what is assessed and how AI is used, then give consent.

  2. 02

    Check your devices

Your browser asks for microphone and camera access. Allow it, check that the level meter moves when you speak, then start.

  3. 03

    Talk with the AI interviewer

It asks one question at a time by voice, with captions on screen. Answer naturally, as you would with a person. It may ask follow-up questions.

  4. 04

    Take a moment to think

Use the “give me a moment to think” control, or just say so. The interviewer waits quietly until you start talking again. You can also ask it to repeat a question.

  5. 05

    Finish

When the interview ends, the recording and transcript go to the hiring team. A person at the company reviews it and makes every decision.

Troubleshooting

  1. Check the microphone is plugged in, switched on and not muted (many headsets have a mute button).
  2. Close other apps that use the microphone, such as Zoom, Teams or another browser tab.
  3. On the device check, pick the right microphone from the list.
  4. On a Mac: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone, and make sure your browser is allowed.
  5. On Windows: Settings → Privacy & security → Microphone, and turn on access for desktop apps.
  6. Reload the page after changing any setting.

  1. Click the icon to the left of the address bar (the tune or lock icon).
  2. Set Camera and Microphone to Allow.
  3. Reload the page.

  1. In the menu bar choose Safari → Settings for This Website (or Settings → Websites).
  2. Set Camera and Microphone to Allow.
  3. Reload the page.

  1. Click the camera or microphone icon in the address bar.
  2. Remove the “Blocked” permissions for camera and microphone.
  3. Reload the page and choose Allow when asked.

  1. Use headphones or earbuds so the interviewer’s voice does not reach your microphone.
  2. Lower your speaker volume and move away from hard, empty walls.
  3. Close other tabs that are playing audio.

  1. Open the same invite link again. You rejoin your interview; you do not need a new invite.
  2. If it keeps dropping, move closer to your router, close other apps that use the internet, or switch networks.
  3. If you cannot rejoin, contact the company or our support team and include the time it happened.

Your choices and your data

Yes. On your invite page, choose to request a human interview and add a note if you like. The company is notified and contacts you to arrange it. Asking does not count against you.

Only the hiring team at the company that invited you. The recording, transcript and report are used for that application.

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at any time. Read the privacy policy for details, or contact us and we will help.

No. The AI gathers evidence from the conversation; a person at the company reviews it and makes every decision.
